The Best Feeling Ever (and how to get more of it).

When I took on End Sex Trafficking Day, it wasn’t a business strategy. I did it because I was desiring to bring change to an atrocity that so deserves our attention. And ultimately although I started something I thought would only be helping someone else, it changed my life in so many ways. The biggest being the sense of happiness that only taking on something bigger than yourself can give you.
Sure giving a percentage of your sales feels great (and makes a difference) and helping our clients and customers is so fulfilling…but taking on a do good mission, well…that changes everything.
Today I’m talking about some uber good feelings that are similar to the feeling you get when you eat the most amazing dark chocolate sea salt cookie ever…or have the best night of lovin’ under the goose down cover with your hubby. YES on your do good mission, and I am holding you accountable!
I’m starting my own business and planning on making it full time this spring, my do good mission is donating a portion of my sales to a local animal charity (where we actually rescued our dog from). And my boyfriend and one of my close friends are holding me accountable to this…they are my biggest chearleeders!

my do-good mission is several, all of them helping animals. i work with a llama rescue in WA, a turkey sanctuary in BC and a branch of the SPCA locally that rescues abused/neglected dogs and cats from remote communities. the llama tattoos i have help get the convo going (in which i tell people about the charities).
ps: your man’s cameo in the video is AWESOME.
